Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how SSS Workout Assistant ("we", "us", the "Service") collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use our website and app at workoutassistant.ssstrading.site. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• ▸Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• ▸Fitness profile: information you provide during onboarding, such as sex, age, height, weight, activity level, goals, experience, training days, available equipment and dietary preferences, plus the workout and nutrition targets we compute from them.
• ▸Activity data: your generated routines, the workouts and sets you log, streaks, and any posts or suggestions you submit to the community.
• ▸Push notification data: if you enable reminders, the push subscription details your browser provides.
• ▸Usage and device data: pages viewed and basic technical data (such as browser type). For visitor analytics we store a daily, one-way hashed value derived from your IP address — we do not store your raw IP address — and, where available, an approximate country/city derived from your IP.
• ▸Cookies and local storage: we store an authentication token in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, and we and our partners use cookies as described below.

How we use your information

• ▸To provide the Service: create your account, generate and store your routine, track your workouts and show your progress.
• ▸To send the reminders and notifications you enable.
• ▸To operate community features (forum, suggestions) and respond to what you submit.
• ▸To understand aggregate usage and improve the Service.
• ▸To display advertising that helps keep the Service free (see 'Advertising and cookies').
• ▸To maintain security and prevent abuse.

Advertising and cookies

We keep the Service free by showing advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our Service and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). We keep your account and activity data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your associated personal data, except where we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate operational reasons (such as security logs). Aggregated or de-identified data (for example, hashed analytics) may be retained.

Your rights and choices

• ▸Access and correction: you can view and update your profile in the app at any time.
• ▸Deletion: you can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us; account deletion removes your personal data (your workout history and related records are removed with it).
• ▸Notifications: you can turn reminders on or off in Settings, or disable notifications in your browser.
• ▸Advertising choices: manage personalized ads via the links in 'Advertising and cookies'.
• ▸Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, UK or California), you may have additional rights over your personal data; contact us to exercise them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

We operate the Service from our servers and may process your information in countries other than your own. By using the Service you consent to this transfer, subject to applicable law.

Changes to this policy
