1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SSS Workout Assistant (the "Service") at workoutassistant.ssstrading.site. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SSS Workout Assistant is a free tool that generates and helps you maintain a personal workout routine, provides an exercise library and training guides, tracks your workouts, and can send reminders. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

3. Not medical advice

The Service provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are new to training. You use the routines, exercises and information provided at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising safely and within your limits. Stop and seek medical attention if you feel unwell.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. You sign in using your Google account; you are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ▸Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• ▸Post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing, or that constitutes spam.
• ▸Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• ▸Interfere with advertising or attempt to generate invalid ad activity.
• ▸Scrape or harvest data from the Service except as expressly permitted.

6. User content

The Service may let you submit content, such as forum posts and exercise or food suggestions ('User Content'). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and use it to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to submit it. We may moderate, edit, hide or remove User Content, and suspend accounts, at our discretion — including to enforce these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text and compiled content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. Exercise media may be provided under third-party or open licenses. Except for your own User Content, you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Service without permission.

8. Advertising and third-party content

The Service displays advertising, including ads provided by Google AdSense, and may contain links to third-party sites and content. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products, services or advertising, and your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them. 9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service or its information will meet your requirements or produce any particular fitness result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any injury or health consequence related to exercise. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service, which for a free service is zero.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
